Paula B. Pretlow ’77, ’78 MBA began her leadership journey early, when her mother decided her five Black children would desegregate their Oklahoma City public schools. She carried that momentum forward and earned her MBA from Kellogg at just 22, young but prepared to enter the business world (and field eight job offers).
