Established in Beijing in 2002 with support from the Li Ka Shing Foundation, CKGSB is China’s first faculty-governed and independent business school. 15 years ago, setting up such a school in China was a novel idea. Management courses were under-developed and China, having just joined the WTO, was only just beginning to make a mark on the global stage. 15 years on, and with the help and dedication of our professors, partners and alumni, we have gained a global reputation. Our 40+ full-time professors have produced more 400 case studies, reports and articles on both China-specific and global issues. We have attracted top entrepreneurs, cultivated global leaders, and created movers and shakers who have gone on to make a positive impact to society. More than half of our 10,000+ alumni are at the CEO or Chairman level and, together, they lead one fifth of China’s most valuable brands.
